Mission

To provide children facing challenges with the mentoring programs and support services necessary for them to become empowered, make good choices in life, and successfully develop to their full potential.

Vision

To create highly effective, efficiently run program designs and service delivery systems that can be easily replicated in other communities, expanding our services geographically and diversifying the populations we serve.

core values

  • Respect for each individual child
  • Belief that all children are capable of success
  • Dedication to improving performance and striving for excellence
  • Perspective that embraces barriers as challenges that can be overcome
  • Welcome customer feedback and incorporate outcome data into program development
  • Encourage creative thinking and innovation
  • Seek active partnering with the community at large

Goals

To expand our service throughout Arizona in order to serve additional schools and programs that lack adequate community support, especially to those in the inner-city, rural areas and on the reservations.
